She also serves on the board of The American Toby Jug Museum founded by her late father Stephen Mullins. Beth's love of travel has taken her all over the world including a year teaching English in Japan. Beth hold a BA in English and Art from Colorado College. She loves rollerblading, skiing, walking the lakefront with her best buds/dogs Mahi & Hana. Beth also dreams of appearing on Whell of Fortune.
